Fashion Blogs I Like

Living in the city has several advantages: You're surrounded by great food, great art and great fashion. There's various styles and trends existing all at once. The starting of a trend happens slowly. Appearing three separate times whether it be with street style, bloggers and class mates usually indicates its a trend. What works for one person may not work for another. If I'm hesitant about trying something or want to find it at a good price and good quality, I usually check out some blogs to see how I can make it work for me.

One of my favorite bloggers is Carli Bybel who runs the beauty bybel.

I originally started watching her hair tutorials on Youtube and fell in love with her positive energy and sense of style. Her blog features fitness advice, fashion looks, hair and beauty tutorials as well as promo codes. Being a college student with loans I am always on the look out for deals and conscience of what I'm buying. Carli constantly has special deals with not only large popular stores but with small boutiques as well. She has a very sophisticated style and is consistently on trend. She easily welcomed the white on white trend this past season.

Another blogger I follow is Yasi, from Hello, Gorgeous!

I found her while I was on a pinning spree on Pinterest (which happens often). Yasi features looks that are work appropriate. She provides great links for where you can get the exact or similar pieces for you to create it on your own. It's absolutely perfect for anyone who has a look in mind but doesn't know where to get it from. Yes, H&M and Forever 21 are on there but so are smaller stores as well as online retailers. Hello, Gorgeous includes links for accessories and has occasional giveaways for her readers. Her looks are polished and trendy. I definitely referred to her blog more often when I was interning.

A blogger I recently started following and am in love with is Alexandra Pereia who runs Lovely Pepa

Alexandra is a blogger from Spain who is extremely versatile. She has several different looks that are put together with ease. yes, there's polished feminine looks and then there's edgy sexy looks that Alexandra displays with such class. She features articles on events she's been to, looks she's tried out and where to get the latest trends from. She has such a positive personality that I can't help but feel excited when I visit her page. The looks she creates range from casual basic jeans to layered prints and I love them all.
